疏肝活血降浊汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝40例观察

目的:观察疏肝活血降浊汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法:治疗组40例用疏肝活血降浊汤口服,对照组40例用血脂康胶囊口服,治疗12周。结果:总有效率治疗组90.00%、对照组72.50%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、较治疗前显著降低且与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝活血降浊汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝有明显疗效。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver treated by Shugan Huoxue Jiangzhuo Decoction. Method： 40 cases were treated with Shugan Huoxue Jiangzhuo Decoction by oral administration as the study group while 40 cases were treated with Xuezhikang Capsules by oral administration as the control group. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Result： The total effective rate of the study was 90.00% while that of the control group was 72.5%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Compared with the level of ALT, AST, TC and TG of the study group of pre-treatment, that of the study group of post-treatment decreased significantly （ P〈0.05 ） . Compared with the level of ALT, AST, TC and TG of the control group of post-treatment, that of the study group of post-treatment decreased significantly （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Shugan Huoxue Jiangzhuo Decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver.
