加味活络效灵丹治疗偏头痛疗效观察

目的:观察加味活络效灵丹治疗偏头痛血瘀型的临床疗效。方法:治疗组22例用活络效灵丹加减内服,对照组用尼莫地平口服。结果:治疗组治愈12例,好转7例,无效3例,总有效率86.3%。对照组治愈10例,好转4例,无效4例,总有效率77.8%。两组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味活络效灵丹治疗偏头痛瘀血型疗效较佳。
