摘要
本文通过肥控结合对高产棉叶内源激素的影响及其棉株的生理生化代谢研究表明 :肥料和缩节安 ( DPC)化控配合能促进结铃期棉叶中 IAA、GA3和 ZR含量的提高 ,降低 ABA的含量 ,从而诱导根系氨基酸和蛋白质的合成 ,促进棉叶 Ru BPase和蔗糖转化酶活性提高 ,有利于光合增强和光合产物输出 ,促进棉株各器官对氮、磷、钾的吸收 ,特别是棉铃对氮、磷、钾的吸收显著增加 ;叶片 14 C光合产物输出增加 ,向棉铃中养分输入增多 。
The comprehensive effects of chemical fertilizer and DPC regulation on the endog enous hormone contents of cotton leaves as well as the physiological and biochem ical metabolism of high yield cotton plants were studied. The results are as fol lows: The improved contents of IAA, GA 3 as well as ZR and the decreased conten t of ABA were resulted from the coordinated combination of chemical fertilizer a nd DPC, which induced the composition of amino acid and protein in roots sap, pr omoted the activities of RuBPase and sucrose of leaf, increased the 14 C photosynthetic production of the leaf and the output rate of photosynt hate, enhanced the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium(especially the absorption in bolls). Meanwhile the output rate of photosynthate produced in leaves into bolls was increased, which resulted in the increase of boll weight and lint yield.
