摘要
利用分根技术在水培条件下研究了部分根系供磷对小麦幼苗生长的影响。研究表明 ,部分根系供磷不仅未影响植株对磷营养的需求 ,甚至在处理初期植株的含磷量还略有提高。同时 ,试验还表明 ,部分根系缺磷有利于小麦幼苗的生长并促进同化物向根系的运输。因此 ,通过部分根系供磷的方式来改善小麦幼苗的生长 ,为今后磷肥的合理施用 。
Effect of P supply to part of roots on growth and assimilate distribution in whe at seedlings was studied using split root technique under the solution culture condition. The results showed that P concentration in the plants was not decreas ed, but even increased at the early stage of the split root treatment, although only part of the roots were supplied with P. Also the split root treatment sti mulated the translocation of assimilate from shoot to roots. This might give sug gestion how to apply P fertilizer rationally.
