摘要
对 18个国际上已经报道的可能具有持久抗小麦条锈病的品种进行苗期、成株期和温敏微效基因抗性的测定与分析结果表明 ,大部分持久抗性品种虽然在苗期感病 ,但绝大部分在成株期表现出了较强的抗病性 ,苗期表现抗病的品种成株期也表现抗病。成株抗病基因和温敏微效基因所决定的抗性是成株期较高抗性水平的重要组成部分 ,而且两类基因决定的抗性更有可能提供抗性的持久性。抗病育种计划中加强其利用无疑可增强我国小麦种质中抗性持久性的成分 。
The seedling resistance, adult plant resistance and temperature sensitive minor gene resistance in 18 cultivars with durable resistance against wheat stripe ru st were tested and analyzed. The results showed that most of the cultivars were susceptible at the seedling stage, but exhibited high resistance at the adult pl a nt stage. On the other hand, cultivars which were resistant at the seedling stag e were invariably resistant at the adult plant phase. The resistance conferred b y adult plant and temperature sensitive minor genes are two major components of durable resistance in wheat against stripe rust. Utilization of these materials with durable resistance in wheat breeding programs was highly recommended. Cons equently, the measure will play a very important role in sustainable management of this disease.
