摘要
用抗旱指数 ( RI)等指标对苎麻基因型抗旱性进行了鉴定。结果表明 :圆叶青、沅江黄壳早和沅江稀节巴为抗旱性较强的基因型 ,抗旱性较弱的基因型包括资兴绿麻和新宁箭杆麻。苎麻扦插 ( 4 5天 )苗在渗透胁迫 4小时后的 RWC(相对含水量 )、POD(过氧化物酶 )、Proline(脯氨酸 )与抗旱指数呈正相关 ,而 RPP(细胞膜透性 )、 MDA(丙二醛 )则与抗旱指数呈负相关。采用模糊隶属法用上述 5种生理生化指标对 13个基因型抗旱性进行了早期鉴定 ,此法简便有效 。
Raime genotype difference of drought resistance was evaluated by Resistant Index (RI). the results showed that genotypes “Yuanyeqing”, “Yuangjiang Huangkezao ” and “Yuanjiang Xijieba” were resistant to drought and “Zixingluma ” and “Xinning jianganma” were sensitive to drought. The RWC, RPP, MDA, Proli ne and POD actvity in ramie seedlings under 4 hour of osmotic stress were measur ed. RWC, Proline and POD activity had a positive correlation with whereas RPP, M DA had a negative correlation with RI, The subordinative function was used to ev aluate 13 genotypes of Ramie through 5 physiological and biochemistry character s mentioned above. The average subordinative value, can accurately determine the degree of drought resistance of each ramie genotype.
