摘要
人参皂苷Rg2(组)是红参中含有的稀有皂苷,由20(S)-Rg2、20(R)-Rg2、Rg6及Rg4等4种异构体组成。本实验采用制备色谱技术对4种混合皂苷进行分离,应用高效液相色谱技术对分离产品进行检测分析。从50mg Rg2(组)皂苷中获得20(S)-Rg2、20(R)-Rg2、Rg6及Rg4等4种皂苷分别为2.6、2.8、1.5及3.9mg,纯度分别为95.3%、96.4%、96.3%及98.3%。
Rg2(group)is a kind of rare ginsenoside in Ginseng plant that contain 4isomers including 20(S)-Rg2,20(R)-Rg2,Rg6and Rg4.The ginsenoside Rg2(group)was separated by preparative chromatography and detected by HPLC.2.6mg of 20(S)-Rg2,2.8 mg of 20(R)-Rg2,1.5 mg of Rg6,3.9mg of Rg4were obtained from 50mg Rg2(group)ginsenoside.The purity of these four ginsenoside was 95.3%,96.4%,96.3%,98.3%,respectively.
