摘要
采用溶剂浸提法对盐地碱蓬红色素的提取工艺进行了研究。在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验优化了碱蓬红色素的提取工艺。结果表明,碱蓬红色素属水溶性色素,在538nm处有最大吸收峰。较适提取工艺为以去离子水为提取剂,液固比30mL/g,浸提温度40℃,时间80min,浸提2次。
The extraction process of red pigment from Suaeda salsa was studied using solvent extraction method.The red pigment from Suaeda salsa is water-soluble and appears maximum absorption peak at 538nm.The extraction optimal condition is that the dried materials are extracted twice by water at ratio of liquid to solid 30mL/g,40℃for 80min.
