锆化液在阴极电泳涂装前处理工艺中的应用 被引量:7

Application of zirconium solution in the cathodic electrodeposition coating pre-treatment process

摘要 汽车阴极电泳涂装中,采用锆化技术代替传统磷化方法进行预处理,并对泳透力和防腐蚀性能进行对比。结果显示,电泳型锆化液的泳透力与磷化液的泳透力接近,达到44.67%;并且1 000h耐盐雾腐蚀能力也相近,扩缝均小于1mm。在某汽车制造厂使用锆化液替代磷化液进行中试,检测结果达到厂家应用要求。 In the cathodic electrophoresis coating,the phosphating coating technic was replaced by zirconium coating technic for pre-treatment process with the methods of throwing power and Neutral salt spraying test(NSS).Results showed that the throwing power of the zirconium coating is 44.67%,and scratch tests after 1 000hNSS were less than 1mm,being similar as the phosphating coating technic.A pilot-scale study on coating by zirconium coating technic was studied in an automotive factory,and the results showed that all parameters reach the requirement.
