摘要
利用蛋白质纤维与苯甲醛类衍生物的无染料显色机理,选取了对羟基甲醛与羊毛纤维进行显色反应,实验后赋予织物黄色。得出羊毛纤维无染料显色的最佳工艺条件:对羟基苯甲醛质量分数0.20%,硝酸质量分数2.5%,反应温度90℃。在显色反应浴中分别加入0.02%(o.w.f)酸性红染料和0.025%(o.w.f)酸性蓝染料,经拼色织物颜色呈现橙红色和绿色,增加了无染料显色的颜色种类。各项色牢度值均可达到4级,匀染性好。
Woolen fabric was reacted with hydroxy benzaldehyde resulting in the fabric yellow using dye-free mechanism of protein fiber with benzaldehyde derivatives.The optimum process for dye-free coloration was,mass fraction of hydroxy benzaldehyde 0.20%,the mass fraction of nitric acid 2.5%,reaction temperature 90℃.The fabric were orange-red and green after the color matching by addition of 0.02%(o.w.f)acid red dye and 0.025%(o.w.f)acid blue dye in color reaction bath,which can increase color type of dye-free.The color fastness value was mote than levelness 4.
