YAG玻璃对YAG:Ce陶瓷的烧结及发光性能的影响

摘要 以YAG:Ce粉体为基础原料,以YAG玻璃为烧结助剂,真空烧制了YAG:Ce陶瓷。采取正交试验法,研究了烧结温度、保温时间以及烧结助剂加入量对烧制YAG:Ce陶瓷的影响。采用XRD、SEM和荧光测试等试验手段对制备出的陶瓷进行了表征,并测定了陶瓷的收缩率。结果表明,在1 400、1 450和1 500℃温度下陶瓷的主晶相均为YAG;保温时间在烧结过程中的影响最小,烧结助剂的加入量是影响试验结果的主要因素,收缩率的最佳工艺条件是加入质量分数30%的助剂,在1 500℃下保温4h。发光强度的最佳工艺条件是加入质量分数20%的助剂,在1 500℃下保温4h。 YAG:Ce ceramics were prepared by vacuum sintering with YAG:Ce powders as basic material and YAG glass as sintering aid.The effects of sintering temperature,sintering holding time and content of sintering aids on YAG:Ce ceramics sintering were studied by orthogonal experiment analysis.The ceramics were characterized by XRD,SEM and fluorescent measurement and the shrinkage was determined as well.The main crystal phases of the ceramics sintered under three different temperature(1 400,1 450and 1 500℃)were YAG phase.The content of sintering aids was the main effect factors on shrinkage and luminescence intensity while holding time had less effect.The optimum condition of shrinkage was as follows:content of sintering aid 30%,sintering temperature 1 500℃,holding time 4h.The optimum condition of luminescence intensity was content of sintering aid 20%,sintering temperature 1 500℃,holding time 4h.
