摘要
针对大唐彬长发电有限责任公司2084吨超临界电站锅炉炉内结焦、一次风喷口磨损、变形等问题,通过煤粉细度、风粉分配特性、燃烧调整等热态试验分析和炉内空气动力特性冷态试验分析等,提出适当提高一次风量、二次风采用正宝塔配风方式、适量掺配灰熔点较高的煤种、调整磨煤机分离器挡板等措施,从而消除了锅炉结焦现象。
For the problems of boiler furnace coking and primary air nozzle wear deformation in the 2084-ton super- critical power station of Datang Binchang Power Generation Co., Ltd, by thermal state test analysis of pulverized coal fineness, wind powder distribution characteristics combustion adjust- ment and by furnace cold state test analysis of the dynamic char- acteristics, this paper puts forward the measures of properly in- creasing primary air quantity, second air adopting pago- da-air-distribution way, blending a moderate amount of coal with higher ash melting point adjusting the coal mill separator damper, etc to eliminate the coking in boilers.
