In combination with the engineering case of a u- niversity stadium lighting design, the following aspects： the fea- tures of the lighting design, the standards of lighting design and the methods of lighting design for the stadium were discussed. By calculating the data and design results, the thesis elaborated on the significance of the main parameters used in the lightening design and their method of calculation has also been fully stud- ied in the thesis.
