摘要
根据高职院校的学生特点与人才培养目标,构建了具有高职特色、科学合理的学生综合素质评价体系,采用改进层次分析法确定指标权重,应用二级模糊综合评判模型对高职学生综合素质进行定性评判与量化评价。结果表明,该模型合理、可靠,为综合素质的客观评价提供了科学依据。
According to the characteristic of higher vocational college students and the personnel training goals, the scientific and reasonable evaluation for comprehensive quality are firstly created and the weight coefficients of indicators are determined based on improved AHP. Then, the two-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is established based on fuzzy mathematical theory, which is applied to evaluate the vocational college students' comprehensive quality. As shown in the result, the presented method in this paper is a rational, effective and scientific method for comprehensive evaluation.
