摘要
高等教育中外合作办学项目的核心是引进国外优质教学资源,中外教师之间合作是关键。借用"Twinning"一词表达中外双方处于两地的院校、两地的教师、两种办学理念通过某种共同的目标建立起一种密切的合作关系,形成一种合作模式。文章详述了"Twinning"模式提出的缘由,并分析了该模式的架构和潜在优势。
The core of higher education sino-foreign joint program lies in the introduction of foreign high- quality educational resources and the cooperation between Chinese and foreign teachers is the key point. The author borrowed the word "Twinning" to express a kind of cooperative mode through which a relationship between two places, people, or ideas is established so as to reach the same goal. This essay states two main reasons to put forward the "Twinning" mode and analyzes its frame and potential advantages.
