摘要
葡萄酒是经自然发酵酿造出来的果酒。本项目以普通葡萄为原料,开发出简易酿制葡萄酒的工艺流程。通过比较加人工酵母和不加人工酵母的方法,确定葡萄原料、发酵工艺参数,生产出美味、营养价值高、质量稳定的美酒。
Wine is brewed by the natural fermentation of grapes. Ordinary grapes are taken as raw material and a simple and easy process for making wine is developed. By comparing the two ways, with artificial yeast and without artificial yeast, to determine the grape raw materials, fermentation parameters and thus produce delicious wine with high nutritional value and stable quality.
