摘要
以摩尔比为 1∶1的不饱和植物油脂肪酸 (芥酸或油酸 )与一氯化硫为基本原料 ,在 <4 0℃的温度下进行加成反应 ,然后用多硫化钠脱去加成产物中的氯 ,用还原铁粉除去游离硫 ,合成得到了硫化植物油脂肪酸硫化廿二酸或硫化十八酸 ,反应收率分别为 83 1%和 80 5%。最后给出了两产物的元素分析、热重分析和红外光谱分析的实验结果。
The addition reaction of the molar ratio 1∶1 sulfur monochloride and unsaturated fatty acid which is erucic acid or oleic acid synthesized by plant oil was carried out at the temperature of below 40℃,subsequently the chlorine of the adduct was removed by sodium polysulfide,and the free sulfur in the reaction system was removed by reduced iron powder.The sulfurized docosanoic acid and sulfurized octadecanoic acid were respectively synthesized through the chlorine free and the sulfur removal procedures with the yield of 83 1% and 80 5%.At last,the experimental results of elementary analysis,thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectrometry for two products synthesized were given in this paper.
