护理层级管理在肿瘤科中的应用及效果

Application and effects of nursing level management on oncology department

目的探讨护理层级管理方法在肿瘤科中的应用及效果。方法2010年3月-2012年5月将本院肿瘤内科分为对照病区和护理层级管理病区，分别采用常规护理管理和护理层级管理，比较2病区基础护理优良率、护理病历书写合格率、护理缺陷发生率、患者护理工作满意度及医生护理工作满意度。结果护理层级管理病区基础护理优良率、护理病历书写合格率及护理缺陷发生率均明显优于对照病区（P〈O．05）；同时护理层级管理病区患者及医生护理工作满意度均明显高于对照病区（P〈O．05），比较差异具有统计学意义。结论肿瘤科护理层级管理方法的应用能够有效发挥护理骨干核心带头作用，对于改善临床护理质量，提高护理满意度具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the application and effection of the nursing level management. Method From March 2010 to May 2012, the oncology department was divided into the control ward with conventional nursing management and nursing level management ward with nursing level management. Then compare the excellent rate of basic nursing, the passing rate of nursing data writing , and the nursing sat- isfaction of patients and doctors. Results The excellent rate of basic nursing,the passing rate of nursing data writing ,and the nursing satis- faction of patients and doctors in nursing level management ward were significantly better than the control ward （P〈0.05）. Coneluslon The application of nursing level management on oncology department can make the nursing care staff to take the leader role, and possess the central meaning on improving clinical nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
