摘要
目的探讨患者参与身份识别在门诊脉输液中的应用及效果。方法将本院2010年11月～2011年10月46851例静脉输液患者作为对照组，采取常规查对方法；将2011年11月～2012年10月47593例静脉输液患者作为实验组，除采取常规查对外，患者参与查对其身份，比较2组患者身份识别错误的发生情况。结果对照组发生身份识别错误4例，实验组未发生身份识别错误，2纽比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论患者参与查对能提高其身份识别的准确性，可预防护理差错的发生。
Objective To explore the application and effects of patient participating in identification during outpatient intravenous transfu- sion. Method 46851 patients from November 2010 to October 2011 were selected as the control group,and the patients were identified with common schedule. 47593 patients from November 2011 to October 2012 were selected as the treatment group, and the patients were identified with patient participating schedule. Compare the errors of these two group. Results There were four identifying errors in control group, while there was no error happened in treatment group. Conclusion Patient participating in identification can improve the accuracy of identification check and prevent nursing error.
