摘要
研究了碳源对隐甲藻 (CrypthecodiniumcohniiATCC30 556)生长及DHA产量的影响。结果表明 :采用单一碳源 ,葡萄糖最有利于隐甲藻生长 ,在 5g/L糖浓度下 ,隐甲藻生物量达到3 13gDW/L ;以甘油作为碳源培养 ,隐甲藻中DHA产量最高 ,为 12 1 2 5mg/L。采用的 4种复合碳源均可促进隐甲藻的生长 ,其中糖蜜 +甘油培养隐甲藻生物量最高 ,达到 3 4 7gDW /L。葡萄糖 +甘油以及糖蜜 +甘油培养均可显著提高隐甲藻DHA产量 ,分别达到 2 0 4 67mg/L及 183 11mg/L。
The effect of various carbon sources on the growth and DHA yield was determined in Crypthecodinium cohnii ATCC30556.Glucose was suitable to growth,biomass was up to 3.13 g DW/L on medium containing 5 g/L glucose.Glycerol was a favorable carbon source for DHA accumulation,DHA yield increased up to 121.25 mg/L.All four multiple carbon source promoted growth,the biomass of molasses /glycerol increased up to 3.47 g DW/L.Highest DHA concentrations were obtained from media containing glucose/glycerol and molasses/glycerol,were 204.67 mg/L and 183.11 mg/L respectively.
