摘要
简要讨论了纤维素/NMMO/水纺丝溶液中组分的变化导致溶液流变性质的改变,提出利用阿贝折射仪来判断溶液的均一性及定性地判断溶液是否完全溶解,并通过测定溶液折射率分析溶液的组分,以达到控制溶液的质量和确定纺丝工艺参数的目的。
The rheology character of cellulose/NMMO/water solution is briefly discussed. The change of components in solution induces the change of its rheology characteristics. It is suggested that the refractometer can be used to judge the homogeneity of solution and the presence of undissolved cellulose. And according to the refractive index for solution and solvent, the components of the solution can be deduced.
