摘要
介绍一种以改性耐热酚醛树脂、增粘树脂与混炼丁腈橡胶为基料的单组分浆状高强度耐高温结构胶粘剂。在２５０℃，其剪切强度＞２２ＭＰａ。研究了组成比例、被粘物和不同固化、处理条件对粘接强度的影响。该胶适用于刹车蹄片和各种金属的结构粘接。
A structure adhesive SC - with good hest-resistant and high adhesion property was prepared from modified PF (FB) and NBR rubber which is useful for brake-shoe and sturcture bonding .its shesr strength > 22 MPa at 250 .The compo- nents of adhesive and the bonding strength under various conditions were introduced.
