摘要 研究了安全电压自控温电热带的制备和性能 ,介绍了该电热带的结构、性能、制作及工作原理 ,同时讨论了一些关键技术 ,如 :自控温原理、化学交联工艺等。以PE、橡胶、碳黑、交联剂、抗氧剂及镀锡铜导线等为原料研制了自控温电热带。结果表明 ,所研制的安全电压自控温电加热带的具有最佳的导电性及PTC特性 ,最低室温电阻达 2 0Ω/m。经过近两年的通电试验表明 ,具备良好的功率稳定性 。 The preparation of safe-voltage and self-regulation temperature heater are introduced. The construction,properties,manufacture method and work principle of the temperature heater are described. Meanwhile, some key to technologies,including self-regulation temperature principle,chemical crosslinking and so on, are discussed. The safe-voltage and self-regulation temperture heaters have been made from polyethylene, carbon-black, croslinking agent, antioxidant and copper wire overlaid tin. The results showed that the prepared safe-voltage and self-regulation temperature heaters were of the best conductive ability and positive temperature coefficient, for instance, the lowest electric resistance at room temperture. It has been proved that the temperature heaters have excellent power stability and limiting temperature effect after nearly two years' experiements.
