摘要
引入绩效理念,系统探索中小学微课的教学设计原则、流程、策略。绩效导向的中小学微课的教学设计主要遵循微型化原则、开放性原则、实效性原则;绩效导向的微课教学设计流程主要包括明确教学理念、分析教学内容、编写绩效目标、制定教学策略、选择教学媒体、选择制作工具、开展绩效评价等;绩效导向的中小学微课教学设计策略包括教育理念开放化、教学内容具体化、教学方法多元化、制作工具多样化、教学评价绩效化、微课制作共享化等。
The paper introduced the performance concept, explored the principle, process and strategy of instructional de- sign of micro-lesson in primary and secondary school. The principle includes miniature, open, effective. The process in- cluded explicit teaching philosophy, teaching content analysis, writing performance objectives, formulating instructional strategy, choice of teaching media, selection tools, carrying performance evaluation. The strategies included opening edu- cational philosophy, externalizing teaching content, diversifying of teaching methods and tools, making performance evalu- ation, co-sharing and producing of micro-lesson etc.
