摘要
教师专业评价素养日益引起社会关注。教师评价素养主要由知识与技能、评价意识、评价交流、评价应用、评价人文精神构成。根据信息技术教师专业发展的特点和需求,结合我国评价素养发展现状,针对当前评价素养缺乏等问题提出了一些建议。
Inadequate evaluation literacy of teacher hinder the development of assessment reform for primary and secondary school in our country. The evaluation literacy of teacher mainly include the knowledge and skills, awareness, communica- tion, application, human spirit constitution of evaluation. For the characteristics and needs of todays information technolo- gy teacher professional development, combined with the current development of evaluation literacy, made some guiding recommendations for the current problems.
