摘要
介绍了结构发泡的工艺过程 ,并将该工艺与普通注塑工艺作了比较 ,阐述了结构发泡成型技术的优点及装置的关键技术和产品特点。结构发泡工艺的多点喷嘴顺序注射技术决定了设备低压、低锁模力的特性 ,从而允许模具使用低成本铝模 ,增大模板尺寸 ,增强模塑能力 ,并能保证尺寸差异较大的制品质量 ,减轻制品重量 。
The process of structural foam molding was introduced, and compared with the process of ordinary injection molding. The technical features and key techniques of the equipment were described. The equipment function of low-pressure and low-clamp tonnage was determined by the techniques of multi-nozzle and sequential injection,as a result,it was permitted to use low-cost aluminum mold and to increase the size of mold plate and molding capacity. Moreover,the quality of the product with large differente size could be ensured. The weight of products could be lightened and the strength of products could be raised.
