摘要
制备了聚氯乙烯用各种无毒硬脂酸金属皂及新型脂肪酸金属皂 ,研究了其热稳定性能、力学性能及透明性能。研究结果表明 :新型脂肪酸皂的热稳定时间均比相应的硬脂酸皂延长了 1～ 2倍 ,热烘变色性也相应有所改善。表明新型脂肪酸皂具有较高的热稳定性 ;硬脂酸稀土皂及锰皂透明性最高 。
A series of non-toxic metal stearate soaps and new metal soaps for PVC were prepared,and their heat stability,mechanical properties and transparence were studied. The results showed that the new metal soaps have better heat stability, its heat stable time was twice above than those of stearate soaps of the same sort of metal. Rare earth stearate and manganese stearate was the best in the transparence,and most of new metal soaps also have good transparency.
