摘要
工程车辆的动力性和液力变矩器的传动效率是工程车辆换挡规律考虑的关键.首先从基本换挡规律出发,分别分析了最佳动力性换挡和节能换挡规律的换挡原理和过程;接着提出一种换挡规律,即综合换挡规律,该换挡规律是将最佳动力性换挡与节能换挡规律结合,分别提取最佳动力性换挡的升挡线与节能换挡的降挡线作为该换挡规律的升挡线和降挡线;最后运用MATLAB/SINMULINK软件建立整车仿真模型,将综合换挡规律与最佳动力性换挡、节能换挡规律进行仿真对比分析,得出综合换挡规律在保证工程车辆动力性和稳定维持其处于较高传动效率上相对更为优越.
The dynamicity of engineering vehicles and transmission efficiency of hydraulic torque converters are treated as the key criteria of engineering vehicle shift rules. According to the basic shift rule, the shift principle and process are firstly analyzed on optimal dynamicity shift and energy-saving shift. Then,an overall shift rule is proposed to integrate both optimal dynamicity and energy-saving shifts. Specifically, the upshift-line of optimal dynamicity shift and downshift-line of energy-saving shift are respectively used as corresponding upshift and downshift lines. Finally, the vehicle simulation model is established via Matlab/SimulinkTM to compare and analyze the abovementioned three rules. To this end, it is more advantageous for the overall shift rule to ensure the vehicle dynamicity and sustain the stably-high transmission efficiency.
