摘要
可控制起动行星齿轮减速装置进入稳态传动时,其第二级行星轮系的尺寸对整个装置的尺寸影响较大,故以第二级行星传动装置的体积最小为目标,建立了优化设计数学模型,利用MATLAB优化工具箱对其进行优化设计.经计算和分析,说明这种优化方法符合实际,准确可靠.
When the planet gear reducer is started entire device is significantly impacted by that of controllably to the steady state, the dimension of the secondary-step planet gear system. By treating the minimal volume of secondary-step planet gear transmitter as the design objective, an optimal design model is established. With application of MATLABTM optimization toolbox for design, the design process is obtained. Through calculation and analysis, the proposed method is proven practical, precise and reliable.
