摘要
为了在某型起重机械的低阶模态实测实验中获得较高质量的动力学信息,从参数识别的不确定性和多阶模态的振型匹配两个角度,以信息熵和振型相关系数矩阵的最大非对角元两个优化准则给出优化目标函数,采用逐步累积算法,对现场实验传感器配置进行优化.另外在低阶模态振型矩阵中加入高阶模态,验证优化算法的有效性.
The paper proposes to get higher quality dynamics data of on- site crane modal test. Referring to the uncertainty of parametric identification and multi-order modal matching, the optimization objective function is obtained by applying information entropy and modal assurance criterion (MAC). The on-site test sensor placement is optimized through heuristic sequential algorithm. The validity of the algorithm is verified by adding high-order modals to the modal shape matrix.
