摘要
基于硬件在环仿真系统,针对并联式混合动力挖掘机控制系统,通过关键部件仿真模型的建立,连接电磁阀、继电器等实际负载,搭建半实物实时仿真测试平台.可以快速在实验室中全面验证整车控制系统的可靠性,以及功率匹配、能量分配、回转驱动制动等控制策略的可行性.从而减小实车试验的危险性,并缩短开发周期,节约试验费用.
Based on the hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation systems, the parallel hybrid excavator control systems are investigated. By establishing the key parts simulation models and connecting such actual loading as solenoid valve and relay, a semi-physical real-time simulation platform is set up. The reliability of entire vehicle control system, as well as the feasibility of power matching, energy distribution and rotary driving and braking control strategies, can be rapidly and comprehensively in laboratories. To this end, the imperil of the real vehicle testing is reduced. In addition, the development cycle is shortened so as for testing expenditure saving.
