摘要
OPAX(Operational-X Transfer Path Analysis)法是一种新型的传递路径分析方法,利用已有的数据拟合出耦合点的激励力,计算出各路径对目标点的贡献量,从而可进行传递路径分析.它具有高效率、高精度的特点.以某中型客车为研究对象,利用OPAX法对其进行了结构传递路径分析,识别出主要贡献路径,然后采取相应措施对悬置进行改进,且取得了良好效果.
As a new transfer path analysis method, the OPAX(Operation-X Transfer Path Analysis) is first used for excitation force fitting of coupling points. Then, the contributions from paths towards objective points are calculated upon transfer path analysis. Accordingly, the OPAX possesses high efficiency and pre- cision features. By applying a specific medium bus as an example, the transfer path analysis is conducted via the OPAX to recognized the major contribution paths. Finally, the metrics with good effects are adopted to improve the suspension. In addition, the selection of reference points is summarized during the introduc- tion of OPAX principles.
