摘要
维修质量评价是提高工程机械维修效益的重要环节,对指导工程机械的维修具有重要意义.针对维修质量评价中不确定性因素多、难以量化的特点,提出了基于DS(Dempster-Shafer)证据理论和层次分析法(The Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)的维修质量评价方法.首先利用层次分析法建立了维修质量评价的层次模型,然后运用证据理论对维修质量影响因素进行信任分配,并根据信任测度的大小实现了对评价对象的排序.最后通过实例验证该方法在工程机械维修质量评价中的有效性.
The maintenance quality evaluation secures a crucial position in maintenance efficiency improvement for construction machinery. Pertaining to intensive uncertainties and quantification difficulties during maintenance quality evaluation,a novel evaluation method is proposed based on the Dempster-Shafer（DS） theory of evidence/ Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP）. Firstly, a hierarchical model is established using AHP. Then, the confidence deployment is conducted via the DS evidence theory. Next, the evaluated objects are sequenced by confidence measures. Finally, an example is employed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method for maintenance quality evaluation on construction machinery.
