摘要 采用球磨工艺对化学气相沉积法制备的碳纳米管进行了分散处理。研究了球磨时间、球磨机转速、球磨方式和原生碳纳米管聚集状态对碳纳米管球磨效果的影响。利用环境扫描电镜观察了碳纳米管的分布状态。制备了聚合物-碳纳米管复合材料试样,检测了这些试样的表面电阻,根据试样电阻值评估了所研究的分散技术路线和工艺参数对碳纳米管使用性能的影响。结果表明,球磨分散处理技术适用于大规模分散纤维纳米材料。 Carbon nanotube produced by chemical vapor deposition method was dispersed via ball milling method.Influence of process parameters involving ball milling time,rotary speed,ball milling method and the original carbon nanotube agglomerate state on the dispersion of carbon nanotube was studied.The distribution of carbon nanotube was analysized by the environmental SEM.The dispersed ability of these carbon nanotubes in the polymer matrice was estimated through testing the surface resistivity of these carbon nanotube composites.The results show that ball milling process may be recommended for dispersion of carbon nanotube in a large scale.
