摘要
对初始温度为30℃,初始干基含水率为3kg/kg的豌豆在800W和500W的功率下进行微波干燥过程分析,建立了相应的数学模型并进行计算,计算结果符合微波干燥的一般规律,着重对物料内部水分和温度的变化规律做了深入分析。对500W和800W功率的干燥结果进行了对比,发现微波功率对干燥过程中含水率变化和温度变化有较大的影响。含水率的变化明显分为两个阶段,即快速干燥阶段和减速干燥阶段。
The process of microwave drying of pea at the initial temperature of 30 ℃,initial dry basis moisture content of 3 kg/kg,and power of 800 W and 500 W was analyzed.The corresponding mathematical model was established and calculated.The calculation results accord with the general rule of microwave drying.The changing rule of the material moisture and temperature were analyzed emphatically.The drying results of 500 W and 800 W power were compared,indicating that microwave power has a great influence on the change of temperature and moisture content in drying process.The change of water content was divided into two stages:fast drying stage and slow drying stage.
