摘要 高温集热管是槽式光热发电的关键核心部件,其性能将决定光热转换效率。高温集热管要求玻璃-金属封接部位具有气密性好、封接强度高、封接处应力小和抗热冲击性能好等特性。以高温集热管的玻璃-金属封接的材料、结构、工艺为出发点,总结了其对高温集热管性能的影响,以期推动槽式光热发电事业发展。 The high temperature solar collector tube is the key element of solar parabolic trough systems for electric power production,which directly decides the optothermal conversion efficiency,solar-thermal power generation efficiency and commercial interest.Glass-metal sealing of joints high temperature collector tube needs have good air tightness,high strength on sealing interface,small stress on sealing interface and good thermal shock resistance.As the starting point of the glass-metal sealing materials,structure,and process,its impact on the performance of high-temperature tube collector is summarized,in order to promote the study of the trough solar thermal power generation and the use of solar thermal power generation in our country.
