摘要
采用提拉法涂膜,以正硅酸乙酯、乙醇等为原料制备了二氧化硅减反溶胶。溶胶在陈化4天后超声振荡,其薄膜透过率增量可达4.75%。溶胶放置30天镀膜后增透效果仍超过4%。未经超声振荡处理的溶胶,其薄膜透过率相对较低,且30天内其膜增透效果随陈化时间的延长逐渐增加。结果表明,超声辅助有助于缩短陈化时间,延缓溶胶的凝胶过程。
The silica sol was prepared from tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS),ethanol,denized H2O and NH3 · H2O.The anti-reflective coating was formed by dip-coating method.The ultrasonic agitation was used for 30 min,after the SiO2 was aged for 4 days.For the 4 days aged sol after ultrasonic agitation,transmittance increment of film was 4.75%.The transmittance increment of film was higher than 4% after the sol was stored for 30 days.For the film without ultrasonic agitation,the transmittance increment was lower and increased with aging time,up to a maximum in 30 days.The results show that the ultrasonic agitation could shorten the sol aging time and delay gelation process.
