六苯氧基环三磷腈的合成及表征改进研究 被引量:7

摘要 以六氯环三磷腈(HCTP)、氢化钠、苯酚为原料,以四氢呋喃(THF)为溶剂,在没有N2保护的情况下合成了六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCTP),并利用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)、质谱(MS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG)和热裂解气相色谱质谱(PY-GC-MS)对合成的六苯氧基环三磷腈进行了分析表征,确证合成的化合物为HPCTP;首次对HPCTP的晶胞结构进行了计算;初步探索了HPCTP的热解机理,发现HPCTP是一种膨胀型阻燃剂。 Hexa (phenoxy) cyclotriphosphazene was synthesized from hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene,phenol,sodium phenolate and THF without nitrogen protection.The chemical structures of HPCTP was characterized and comfirmed by infrared spectra,1 H,13 C and 31p nuclear magnetic resonance,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,X-ray diffraction method,thermogravimetric analysis and pyrolysis gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry.HPCTP cell structure was calculated for the first time.Moreover,the thermal decomposition mechanism of HPCTP was primary studied and HPCTP is a flame retardant.
