摘要 对氮化硅摩擦磨损性能相关影响因素及磨损机制进行了总结归纳,系统介绍了氮化硅摩擦磨损性能与材料性能、环境因素(介质、温度、载荷)、配对摩擦副材料因素的相关研究进展,提出了目前研究存在的问题,并展望了氮化硅摩擦磨损性能研究趋势。 The research progress in tribological and wear properties of silicon nitride are reviewed.The rela tionship between tribological and wear properties of silicon nitride and the mechanical properties of silicon nitride,environmental condition which including medium,temperature and loading and friction pairs are summarized.Several challenges in this field are presented,and the prospect of study in this field is forecasted.
