摘要
以应用广泛的高碳铬轴承钢GCr15为研究对象,探讨深冷处理工艺对高碳铬轴承钢GCr15组织及性能的影响。结果表明:与未经深冷处理的试样相比,经深冷后工件的组织中部分马氏体发生了细化,并且深冷20h的试样与深冷10h的试样相比,马氏体组织进一步细化,白色细小的碳化物颗粒也相应增加。深冷处理可以大幅降低淬火GCr15钢工件中的残余奥氏体含量,显著提高材料硬度以及耐磨性;与常规的热处理工艺相比,深冷处理进一步提高了轴承工件的综合性能。
With wide application of high carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15 as the research object,exploring the effect on the organization performance with cryogenic treatment process of GCr15 steel.Results show that:compared to without cryogenic treated samples by cryogenic workpiece organization martensite refinement,and cryogenic 20 h specimen cryogenic sample 10 h martensite further refinement,corresponding the white fine carbide particles increase.Cryogenic treatment can significantly reduce the residual austenite content of the quenching GCr15 steel workpiece,significantly increase the hardness and wear resistance; compared with the conventional heat treatment process,cryogenic treatment improve the overall performance of the bearing workpiece further.
