航空发动机用单晶铸造高温合金热处理工艺

摘要 综述了国外航空发动机用单晶铸造高温合金热处理工艺.通过介绍国外第一代至第三代单晶合金成分与热处理制度的关系,阐述了最优的热处理条件应尽可能减少W、Re、Ta、Mo等元素的成分偏析.通过分析国外单晶热处理的特点,指出升温速率和冷却速率的控制对于单晶高温合金尤其是单晶铸件使用性能影响重大.最终为国内单晶高温合金热处理工艺的改进和发展提供借鉴. The heat treatment process of single-crystal superalloys in foreign aeroengines is summarized.In order to provide suggestion to the domestic development in the heat treatment process of single-crystal superalloys,the relationship of heat treatment systems and the composition of foreign single-crystal superalloys from first generation to third generation is introduced.It reveals that the optimal heat treatment should be aimed to minimize the composition segregation of W,Re,Ta and Mo.In addition,the heat treatment characteristics of foreign single crystals are analyzed.It reveals that the control of the heating rate and the cooling rate are important to application of single-crystal superalloys,especially single-crystal castings.
