摘要
钛及钛合金因具有优异的耐腐蚀性及综合的力学性能而广泛应用于各个行业。综述了国内外钛及钛合金材料的研究进展以及应用情况,对目前钛及钛合金铸造、锻造、焊接、粉末冶金及机加工等成型方法作了详细介绍,指出了各种成型方法的优缺点。并对各种成型方法在钛制品中的应用作了相关评价,提出了各方法在钛制品工业生产中的发展方向。
Titanium and its alloys are used widely in various industries because of the excellent corrosion resistance and super mechanical properties.The research progress and application are reviewed briefly.The processing methods of titanium and its alloys products are reviewed,including casting,forging,welding,powder metallurgy and machine processing.And the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are pointed out.The different applications of various methods in titanium production are introduced.The trends of application in industrial fields are also presented.
