摘要 研究了球磨工艺对铁基自润滑材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着研磨球比例的增加,自润滑材料的抗压强度下降;随着球磨时间的延长,自润滑材料抗压强度呈现先升高后降低的特征;球磨转速以200r/min为佳,太高和太低都不利于提高自润滑材料的抗压强度。最佳球磨工艺是研磨球比例(大研磨球与小研磨球的数量比)1∶2、球磨转速200r/min、球磨时间30min。以碳纤维粉代替石墨粉,铁基自润滑材料的抗压强度提高。 The effect of ball milling process on mechanical properties of iron-based self-lubricating materials was studied.The test results show that,the compressive strength of self-lubricating material decreased with the increasing of the grinding balls ratio.With the increase of milling time,compressive strength of self-lubricating material increased first and then decreased.The optimum value of milling speed was 200 r/min and the compressive strength of self-lubricating material decreased with too low or too high milling speed.Optimum milling process was grinding ball ratio 1 ∶ 2,milling speed of 200 r/min,milling time 30 min.With carbon fiber powder instead of graphite powder,iron-based self-lubricating material's compressive strength has been improved.
