高效液相色谱法测定丹红软肝胶囊中丹皮酚含量

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定丹红软肝胶囊中丹皮酚的含量。方法采用AgilentZorbaxSB-C18色谱柱，以甲醇-水（70：30）为流动相，检测波长274nm，流速为1．0mL／min。结果丹皮酚进样量在0．0520-0．5200μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系（r=0．9997），平均回收率为99．27％，RSD为0．55％。结论该方法快捷、简便、准确，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective To the establish HPLC method to determine the content of paeonol in Danhong Ruangan Capsules.Methods The HPLC method was adopted.The detenination was performed on the Eclipse Agilent Zorbax SB-CIs column with the mobile phase of methanol-water （70： 30）at the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detecting wavelength was 274 nm.Results The paeonol showed good linearity in the rang of 0.052 0-0.520 0μg（r=0.999 7）.The average recovery was 99.27%（RSD=0.55%）.Conclusion The methods are simple,rapid and accurate,it can be used for the quality control of Danhong Ruangan Capsules.
