高效液相色谱法测定丹红软肝胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA含量

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定丹红软肝胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法采用AgilentZorbaxSB—C18色谱柱，以甲醇-水（75：25）为流动相，检测波长270nm，流速为1．0mL／min。结果丹参酮ⅡA进样量在0．0202-0．2020μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．33％，RSD为0．56％。结论该方法快捷、简便、准确，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the coment of Tanshinone II A in Danhong Ruangan Capsules. Methods the deter mination was performed on the Eclipse Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column with the mobile phase at methanol- water （75：25）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detecting wavelength was 270 nm.Results The linear relationships was good when paracetamol was 0.020 2-0.202 0μg （r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.33%（RSD=0.56%）.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate.it can be used for quality control of Huoxue Rongshuan Capsules.
