中药外敷联合抗生素治疗阑尾周围脓肿21例

目的观察大黄、芒硝外敷治疗阑尾周围脓肿的疗效。方法将2008年10月至2013年8月我科收治的阑尾周围脓肿患者42例随机分为对照组和治疗组，各21例。对照组使用抗生素治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用大黄、芒硝、红花、大蒜外敷治疗。结果治疗组住院时间较对照组缩短，总有效率明显高于对照组。结论在抗生素治疗的基础上加用大黄、芒硝、红花、大蒜外敷治疗阑尾周围脓肿可取得较好的疗效．缩短住院时间。

Objective To observe the efficacy of the rhubarb and glauber in treating periapperdiceal abscsee.Methods Forty-two podients with periappendiceal abscsee admitted to our hospital from ocetober 2008 to august 2013.were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 21 patients in each group.The control group was only treated with antibiotics,while the treatrent group was freated by external application of rhubarb,glauber,ssalt,saffron and garlic based on the aboue treatment. Results The hospitalization time in the treatment group was shorter than the control group,and the total effectine rate was cignif- icantly hipher tran the control group.Conclusion On the basis of antibiotic treatment,combined with rhubarb,glauber, ssalt,saffron and grlic in treating periappendiceal abscess.has good e icacy,which can shorter hospitalization time..
