114例免疫性不育不孕症的检验及治疗分析

目的提高免疫性不育不孕症的检测诊断水平及治疗效果。方法选取临床不育不孕症患者男女共522例，对其中114例抗精子抗体（ASAb）阳性进行了系统的诊断、治疗。结果临床治愈男65例（98％），女48例（100％）。结论以临床血清免疫测定为依据，结合临床症状，可确诊免疫性不育不孕症；中西医结合，以中药为主治疗的疗效较理想。

Objective To improve the diagnostic level of inspection and the effect of treatment of immunity infertility.Methods Of the 522 cases of immunity male and femal patients,ll4 cases of ASAb positive were performed systematic diagnosis,treatment.65 cases of male patients（98%） and 48 cases of female patients （100% ）were clinically cured.Conclusion Based on the clinical de- termination of serum immunity and combined with the clinical symptoms,the immunity infertility can be confirmed.Combined the traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine and primarily with traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease can obtain satisfactory effect.
