74例老年骨伤患者围手术期整体护理的效果观察

目的观察分析老年骨伤患者围手术期整体护理的效果。方法选择2011年2月至2012年12月在医院骨科接受治疗的74例骨伤患者，随机分成对照组和观察组，各27例，对照组患者行骨伤患者基础护理，观察组患者在基础护理的同时行整体护理，对两组患者的护理效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者在并发症发生率、舒适度评分及住院天数方面显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论做好老年骨伤患者围手术期整体护理能够降低患者住院期间的并发症发生率、提高舒适度、促进患者预后，具有十分重要的临床意义。

objective to observe the analysis in elderly patients with fractures of perioperative holistic nursing effect.Methods in February 2011 - December 2012 in our hospital orthopaedic treatment of 74 patients with fractures,27 cases were randomly di- vided into control group and observation group,control group patients fractures in patients with primary care,observation group of patients in basic nursing at the same time line integral nursing,nursing effect of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results the results show that the complication rate of observation group of patients in nursing,comfort ratings and hospitalization days sig- nificantly better than that in control group,significant difference （P 〈 0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion good old frac- tures patients perioperative hohstic nursing can reduce the incidence of complications of patients hospitalization and improve the prognosis of patients with comfort,promote ,has important clinical significance.
