快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术护理中的应用

目的探讨分析快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术护理中的应用效果。方法选择于2011年10月至2013年8月在医院接受腹腔镜直肠癌根治术治疗的患者96例，随机分成对照组和观察组各48例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组同时将快速康复外科理念应用于临床护理，对两组患者的护理效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者在肠道排气时间、首次下床活动时间、术后住院天数及并发症发生率方面明显优于对照组P〈0．05。结论快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术护理中效果显著，降低并发症发生率，促进患者恢复预后，临床意义显著。

objective to study the analysis speed in the application of rehabilitation concept in nursing of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery effect.Methods in October 2011 - August 2013 in our hospital underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical treatment of 96 cases of patients,all 48 cases randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group routine nursing,the observation group at the same time will accelerate rehabilitation concept in clinical nursing,surgical nursing effect of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results the results show that the observation group of patients nursing bed for the first time in the intestinal exhaust time,activity time,postoperative hospitalization days and complication rates is better than that in control group,significant difference （P 〈 0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion accelerate rehabilitation surgery idea in the nursing of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical effect is remarkable,reduce complications,promote patients recover prognosis, sig- nificant clinical significance.
