BIPAP呼吸机联合雾化给药治疗COPD并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的护理

目的探讨BIPAP呼吸机联合雾化给药治疗COPD并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床护理方法。方法选择医院2012年7月至2013年6月收治的COPD并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者67例，采用心理护理、体位及面罩护理、呼吸给药护理、并发症预防护理等方法。结果本组患者经护理后，未出现不能坚持无创通气而行气管插管机械通气情况；呼吸衰竭情况得以纠正；护理期间无严重并发症发生。结论配合BIPAP呼吸机及雾化治疗时应做好护理工作。

Objective To investigate the administration of BIPAP ventilator nebulizer treatment of COPD combined with type Ⅱ respiratory failure complicated by clinical nursing.Methods in our hospital from July 2012 to June 2013 were treated 67 cases of COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure patients,the use of psychological care,postural and mask care,respiratory care adminis- tration,complications,preventive care and other methods.Results The group of patients after treatment does not appear when not adhere to non-invasive ventilation and endotracheal intubation mechanical ventilation;respiratory failure situation will be corrected; nursing period without serious complications.Conclusion With BIPAP ventilator and nebulizer treatment should do nursing work.
